General Policy

We ask that you consider your appointment as a commitment to our office. Please be courteous and extend the same level of consideration. If you miss an appointment, you will be charged the full amount for said appointment, no exceptions. If you are late to an appointment, you will not be granted extra time to make up the missed time.  All New Clients will receive the intake form in their email, please fill in all aspects of this form to the of your best ability. Please rest assured that all information received is secure and private which helps the therapist to facilitate your treatment more efficient and timely manner without spending time repeating any questions.

Reservation Policy


Please be aware that all appointments booked on the day of said appointment are considered confirmed and therefore cannot be canceled, to adhere to our strict 48-hour cancellation policy. We may have same day appointments opens, they can be viewed while booking an appointment (scheduling an appointment does NOT have to be completed in order for this to be viewed). Also, there is a deposit of $80 for all appointments booked This will be credited towards your appointment’s cost.

accepted. Please note there is a convenience fee

of  4.5% on  all Credit Card charges

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent within 48 hours, of your scheduled appointment by email to in order not to be charged.
